Our mechanical engineers assist with design and development of mechanical parts, assemblies, machines, processes, tooling and dies. We work at our location or can come to yours to increase communication and convenience.
At Sponseller Group in Ohio, we assist clients with their 3D mechanical designs, simulations, and analysis using Inventor or SolidWorks on Dell Precision workstations. Our computers have the most recent Autodesk software, massive memory, and professional graphics cards for maximum performance. Most of our engineers and designers have 8-12 years of experience specifically in 3D design. We also offer advanced capability with mechanical stress analysis utilizing COSMOS. Clients partner with us to complete work at our facility or theirs. To assure a proper design, our engineers review progress often. The 3D design enables us to check for proper fit or interferences in the software before fabrication thus saving time and money during construction and assembly.
