Sponseller Group is a forty-five person engineering company with offices in Holland, Ohio and Sidney, Ohio. We offer structural, mechanical, controls, and machine design engineering services. Our clients include automotive, steel, metal casting, refinery, electric utilities, fabricators, and food manufacturers. We have a broad range of personnel including Ph.D.’s, professional engineers, graduate engineers, designers, and CAD specialists. Our people work on the latest computer workstations with the associated servers, large format plotters, printers, and multi-function printers.
Sponseller Group is typically looking for structural designers to work on:
- structures
- mezzanines
- catwalks & stairs
- ductwork supporting
- equipment layouts
- other various tasks relating to manufacturing clients

Requirements
Successful candidate will have:
- Competency and eagerness to work with a team of people to complete a quality drawing set for a problem free installation
- Three to four years of experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and AutoCAD 3D
Education Requirements
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
- Or two years of college in the engineering field
